Return & Refund Policy

At Pewivo, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return and refund process easy and transparent.

You may return any unused item in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that custom items, perishable goods, and hygiene-sensitive products may not qualify for return.

Before sending anything back, please contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without this number may be delayed or rejected.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees. We’ll notify you by email when your refund is processed.

If your item was purchased on sale, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid.

If you’re looking to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team for availability and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
